All proceeds from this event will provide lifesaving support to nearly 6,500 pets in 2026 through adoptions, foster placements, low-cost veterinary clinics, affordable spay and neuter services, humane investigations, and a community pet food bank.
But that is not all! – Washington County’s most vulnerable animals will also receive shelter, safety, and care before being placed in a loving, forever home because of you.

About The Event
This event is right up your alley! The Washington Area Humane Society presents Strikes for Strays sponsored by Bonnie Loya & Jett and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services on Sunday, May 17th at Meadows Lanes Bowling. Bowlers can choose between two sessions: 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm.
Tickets include bowling, shoes, pizza, pop, and a good time led by WDVE’s Val Porter (morning session) and Cris Winter (afternoon session)! Guests will enjoy raffles, 50/50, and bowling contests.
